Modern Apartments

For this Seattle project, our team combined a variety of high-quality exterior finishes to achieve a modern and elegant look. The façade features pre-painted Lap Siding in gray, complemented with color-matched gray finish caulking for a seamless result.

We also installed Hardie Panels, aluminum panels, and Nichigo siding, blending two contrasting colors to highlight the architectural lines of the building. This careful mix of textures and tones gives the property both durability and contemporary design appeal.
